About Us

Chef Milton here, Straight out of Kingston Jamaica. I was born in Kingston and raised in the Old Capital Spanish Town. I am the baby of 11 children 3 Sister and 8 brothers. Being that I am the youngest child from my Mother, often times my Mom would get busy with church or Saturday market so that forced me to cook my first meal on my own at age 9. I made one of Jamaica's Most signature dishes, Curry chicken and white rice.

Being thrown in the kitchen is the best experience of learning. Growing up from that experience I developed a passion for cooking and making many different dishes. I migrated to the US in November 2016. I began to fully pursue my career in culinary art after arriving. From then to now I have enjoyed bringing the authentic taste from the Island to the USA.
